Your appointment is reserved just for you, and we dedicate our time to providing you with the best care possible. Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your appointment: No charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment: 50% of the scheduled service will be charged. No-call / No-show appointments: 100% of the scheduled service will be charged. We completely understand that life happens and things come up unexpectedly. However, last-minute cancellations or missed appointments mean that we are unable to offer that time slot to another client who may be waiting.
